How big is the frame?
The frame is 10 inches by 20 inches. The mat opening is 6 7/8 inches by 16 7/8 inches.
What kind of frames do you use?
We use a custom-made frame made from wood with a real glass cover. We offer 2 colors – black or white.
How many letters can I use?
The artwork looks best with 11 or fewer letters but we have done more. The larger the letter (less per print), the better and just like with any other artwork, each person will have their own preference.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes. You should receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check your spam.
Will I see a proof of the artwork?
No, we do not send proofs. Unless you send any special request or instructions in the “additional personalization/special instructions” box, on the order form, we will pick the best combination of letters, that we believe look best for your original artwork.
Can I have my order rushed?
We are already pretty fast! Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and we ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 1 week of order date, but that is dependent on the season and the carrier. So, if you have a special need, let us know and we’ll make every effort to meet your request. Extra costs may apply.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
We want every gift to be perfect for you and/or your family and friends. If you are unhappy with the finished product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do everything reasonable to help you. If the product is damaged upon arrival or we made a mistake with the artwork, we will replace it free of charge.
If there is a mistake on the artwork due to an error on your part when placing the order, we will discuss reasonable options to help you.
Can I pay with a check through the mail?
No. We only take credit card orders on the site at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail from Georgia which takes 1-2 days. Most orders arrive within 1 week. Book orders are shipped media mail and take about 2 days in the Southeast and up to 7 days for the West coast.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Standard shipping, by our chosen method, is included!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, because of international shipping costs and concerns (breakage), we only ship to the U.S. However, you are welcome to contact us to explore options.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
You should get an email from the USPS when we ship your product, but contact us if you have questions about your shipment.
Do you have different shipping options?
We currently only use the USPS. Contact us, if you have an option you’d like us to consider. Additional costs may apply.
What are you going to do with my personal information?
The Christian Alphabet ™ will not sell, rent, lease, or give your information out to anybody. We will only contact you related to The Christian Alphabet™ and our products.
Can I choose the letters I want to use for my order?
We usually pick out the best ones from the information you give us on the online order form, but yes, you can tell us which letters you want us to use. First, go to our LETTER ART MEANING PAGE and pick the letters you think would work best for your name art. They are “numbered” (A1, B2, etc.) - so use that identifier when you contact us. Second, you type, on your order which letters you want us to use: For example, “Use A1, B2 and F2”. You can request a proof on the order also. We do our best to work with you to get it perfect.

We want every personalized artwork to be the perfect gift for your occasion. We will use the best letter combinations to create that perfect personalized gift for you to share. Knowing this, the following is our refund policy:
Refund Policy: If for some reason you are unhappy with the product, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. If we can’t come to a reasonable agreement to accommodate your concern, you can return the product for a 100% refund.
Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after receiving the returned product. They will be issued to the same form of payment you used for purchase. Depending on your bank, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Replacement for shipping damage: We do our best to package the framed prints, so they will arrive at your door intact. As you know, we cannot control how the shipping carriers handle the product. If for any reason the product is damaged in shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you.
